User Agreement

Welcome to the Zheqi Technology AI Model Access Platform. By using the website, console, playground, API, task records, artifact downloads, or support channels, you agree to this User Agreement.
1. Scope
This agreement applies to your access to and use of the platform website, console, playground, API, task records, artifact delivery, and related support. Product-specific rules may supplement this agreement and have the same effect.
2. Accounts and credentials
Keep your account information accurate and secure. You are responsible for every request made with your account, App Secret, API key, or Bearer credential. Rotate exposed credentials immediately and do not sell, rent, transfer, or share accounts or secrets.
3. Lawful use
Do not use the platform for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, privacy or intellectual-property violations, malicious scraping, rate-limit evasion, attacks, or unauthorized resource discovery. You must have the rights needed for prompts and uploaded media.
4. Content and outputs
You retain rights in lawful inputs and must evaluate outputs before use. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or similar to other outputs. You are responsible for inputs, outputs, and decisions based on them.
5. Intellectual property
Platform software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, data structures, and service design belong to Zheqi Technology or their respective owners. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, adapt, rent, or commercialize the platform itself without authorization.
6. Fees and account status
Paid products are charged under the active rules shown in the market, order, or API response. Keep sufficient balance and review tasks, usage, and bills. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service for debt, risk, rule violations, or legal requirements.
7. Privacy and security
We process account information, request metadata, task state, and artifacts under applicable law and our published privacy notices. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data, payment credentials, or access secrets in prompts, media, or callbacks.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, retire, or suspend capabilities for product, supplier, compliance, or security reasons and will announce material changes where practical. Accrued fees, confidentiality, IP, and liability terms survive termination.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The platform is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss, or third-party conduct.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this agreement by publishing a new version. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version. Contact us through the support channel published on the website.
